In 2006, economist Mark Snead completed a study of lifetime income gains and the impact on the Oklahoma economy of CareerTech’s technology center full-time program graduates. In 2008, Snead expanded the study’s scope to include three job training programs and the Oklahoma Bid Assistance Network. Snead is director of the Center for Applied Economic Research, Department of Economics and Legal Studies at Oklahoma State University.
